Carpool, instead of thinking that you HAVE to drive to school.

Find a buddy, split the gas cost.

It’s not rocket science, or even a new idea….

While the price of oil is lower then it has been over the last 5 year period young people still are willing to pay over $2.50 gal,why ?
What about doing what we oldsters did and protest this fact. Don’t buy a big car that ***** gas. 2nd The Govt over a decade ago had a mandate for all cars to get over 30 mpg in the city, yet they get 15 mpg.
Come on guys get it together, after all this is going to be your world .As long as your willing to pay over the top $$ for Gas that was under$1.00 then there’s no help for you to save money driving to school.

If you have cruise control use it. Remove all unnessary weight from the vehicle, brake and accelerate slowly and smoothly. Plan you trip to allow for a slower terminal speed as this saves fuel.

    Good luck
