gasoline
Purple Tactics asked:

This must be the 3rd time I’ve asked this in the same number of weeks now. I’m concerned because I’ll be there in Manila this week and the last time I was there, which was 10 months ago when gas was at 50 pesos a liter, I spent almost a quarter of my daily vacation money on gas (them CRVs really know how to *** out gasoline). 20-30 liters a day ain’t a joke.

Gasoline price amounts to below 36pesos with 33pesos, too. I am not so familiar with the kind of gasoline but they’re all in 30’s and hope to go down by 6-9 pesos by Dec. 15th.
Well, hope you will enjoy your stay here. Allow me to greet you MERRY CHRISTMAS AND BOUNTIFUL, PEACEFUL & BLESSED NEW YEAR!!!!

At roughly 35 peso per liter X 30 liter =1050 peso per day. Converting at a low rate of 45 peso per US Dollar would be $24 per day.
If this is too much for your budget you should look for a cheaper car to drive or make some other plans.
